You’re joining an early-stage company defining a new software category, backed by top investors including Balderton, Atomico, Cherry Ventures, Seedcamp, and Entrée Capital. Our advisory board includes the former CTO of Workday Financials, the Chief Architect of SAP S/4HANA along with EY and Oracle SVPs. The Content Creator role
Owning all creative production – from video, photo, and graphics to written content and landing pages.
Producing video-first assets: customer confession videos, event recaps, product explainers, ads, and panel highlights.
Driving content output across formats: articles, whitepapers, case studies, ads (static & video), organic and paid social, employer branding, and web content.
Shaping Light’s voice and look in collaboration with design and marketing – ensuring every asset feels bold, consistent, and premium.
Managing the content calendar: planning, producing, and publishing on time, across multiple channels.
Enabling growth: making sure every event, partnership, and campaign is turned into a reusable, high-quality content kit.
How you would fit into the team
Your mission is to make Light’s story impossible to ignore. You’ll be the creative force who takes customer stories, product moments, and events – and turns them into bold, polished content that builds trust and fuels pipeline.
This role is perfect for a hands-on creator who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up, can balance creativity with deadlines, and knows how to tell stories visually and verbally.
Your qualifications could be:
3–5 years of hands-on content creation experience (agency or in-house).
Strong skills in video production: shooting, editing, color correction, subtitles, sound, graphics (adobe after effects or equivalent).
Proven ability in graphic design & photo editing (Adobe CC, Figma, or equivalent).
Experience creating marketing assets: ads, landing pages, social campaigns, case studies.
A portfolio showcasing diverse work across video, static, and written content.
Strong storytelling skills – the ability to make complex ideas engaging and clear.
Comfort working with stakeholders (sales, customers, partners) to coordinate and deliver content.
Highly organized: able to manage multiple content productions simultaneously.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Copywriting chops – ability to write compelling short- and long-form content.
Bonus points:
Experience creating B2B SaaS/Fintech content.
Familiarity with finance, accounting, or ERP subject matter.
Event experience – turning live moments into content quickly.
Understanding of paid social best practices (what performs on LinkedIn/Meta).
