This DevOps & QA Lead role is focused on…

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across environments.

• Build infrastructure as code, keeping systems scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

• Drive observability — monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response.

• Define and run QA strategy: test automation, regression, end-to-end, performance.

• Lead and mentor a small QA/DevOps team as we grow.

• Collaborate with engineers and product-team to keep quality front and center.

• Balance agility with reliability — enabling speed without compromising trust.

You’re eager to work closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to raise the quality bar as we scale.

Your qualifications could be:

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure (SaaS or fintech a plus).

• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• Strong background in CI/CD, observability, and incident response.

• Proven track record leading QA strategy and building automated test systems.

• Solid scripting or coding skills (Python, Go, Node, or similar).

• Clear communicator who loves solving hard problems with a team.

Bonus points:

• Fintech/regulatory experience

• Chaos testing

• Security expertise

• Scaling microservices
