The DevOps & QA Lead role

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across environments.

• Build infrastructure as code, keeping systems scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

• Drive observability — monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response.

• Define and run QA strategy: test automation, regression, end-to-end, performance.

• Lead and mentor a small QA/DevOps team as we grow.

• Collaborate with engineers and product-team to keep quality front and center.

• Balance agility with reliability — enabling speed without compromising trust.

How you fit into the team

You’re the kind of person who thrives in high-ownership environments, balancing agility with reliability. You see testing and monitoring not as “nice to have,” but as how teams earn the right to move fast. You enjoy working closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to raise the quality bar as we scale.

Your qualifications could be:

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure (SaaS or fintech a plus).

• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• Strong background in CI/CD, observability, and incident response.

• Proven track record leading QA strategy and building automated test systems.

• Solid scripting or coding skills (Python, Go, Node, or similar).

• Clear communicator who loves solving hard problems with a team.

Bonus points:

• Fintech/regulatory experience

• Chaos testing
