This Talent Acquisition Manager role is focused on
Owning the end-to-end recruitment process across sourcing, assessment, and closing.
Partnering with hiring managers and the Head of People to define roles, shape processes, and deliver great hires.
Building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Using your network and expertise to deliver exceptional results in either:
Developers: hiring top engineering, product, and design talent, or
GTM: hiring sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success talent.
Running data-driven recruitment: measuring pipeline health, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Helping to strengthen Light’s employer brand through outreach, events, and content.
We are hiring two Talent Acquisition Managers. One will focus on developer hiring and the other on GTM hiring. If you have strength in both, even better as the two people will work together as a team.
How you fit into the team
You will be part of Light’s growing People team, working closely with the Head of People and leadership. This is not a classic recruiter role. It is about building scalable pipelines in one of the most competitive markets in Europe, selling Light’s mission, and ensuring we bring in the right talent at the right time.
Your qualifications could be
3 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Strong track record in either developer hiring or GTM hiring (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success).
Deep networks in your area of expertise and proven success closing top talent.
Experience running the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership on role design and decision-making.
Excellent communication skills: you know how to sell the mission and keep candidates engaged.
Data-driven mindset: you track and improve pipeline metrics and hiring velocity.
Bonus points
Experience hiring and having an already established network in FinTech or SaaS.
Built or scaled TA functions from 0 to 1.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and market mapping.
Exposure to employer branding initiatives.
