What you get

Approvals reach people in Teams and get answered there, instead of sitting in an inbox until somebody chases them. Receipts go in from the same chat rather than through a form.

Light's agents answer in the channel too — what is due, where a payment got to, what a vendor was paid — so a question about the numbers does not have to become a request to the finance team.
