What you get

Payhawk is where the spending happens — cards in people's hands, receipts captured against them, invoices approved — and Light is the ledger all of it has to land on. Connected, a transaction arrives with its receipt and its coding already attached, so the entry is complete when it posts instead of waiting on somebody to chase the paperwork.

A spend platform syncs into a system of record it does not replace, which normally means a month-end job agreeing what the cards spent against what the books say. When that system of record is Light there is nothing to agree: what Payhawk captured is what the ledger posted.
