What you get
Keeps Light's users in step with UKG Pro: new hires are created, supervisors and legal entities follow the roster, departments map to user groups, and leavers are deactivated when you sync.
Each finished pay run posts to the ledger as a balanced journal entry, on the right entity and cost centre, without anyone re-keying a payroll report. Re-running it does not double-book.
