Collect what your vendor approval workflow needs: an intake from the requester, then the vendor's own details, documents and security answers through a link of its own. Each assessment goes to the colleague who owns it to accept, the vendor is created in Light with its security classification, and a round you set asks your vendors to confirm what Light holds.

It works on the same live ledger the rest of finance uses, so the work happens where the numbers already are instead of in a side system somebody has to reconcile later.
