Partner access and confidentiality

Read the twelve points below and accept once. This covers your access to Light during training and your commitment to keep what you see confidential. It is between you and Light, and it does not change any agreement Light has with your employer.

  1. What you are agreeing to

    You are getting access to Light for partner training and enablement. These terms cover that access and your confidentiality commitment.

  2. Keep what you see confidential

    Anything you see or hear during training that is not already public is confidential. That includes the product roadmap, unreleased features, pricing, commercial plans and the names of other partners. Use it only for the training, and do not share it outside your organisation.

  3. How long that lasts

    Your confidentiality commitment continues for two years after your access ends. For anything that is a trade secret, it continues for as long as it remains one.

  4. Use test data only

    Work only with the Northloop Robotics training dataset. Do not upload real client data, real financial records, or anyone's personal data into a training environment. That includes your own company's data.

  5. Your login is yours alone

    Your access is for you as a named user. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.

  6. Training use only

    Use the environment to learn Light and to demonstrate it. Do not use it to run live client work, to deliver services to a client, or for anything you charge for.

  7. Do not stress the system

    No reverse engineering, decompiling, penetration testing, load testing or scraping, and no attempts to modify or work around how the product functions.

  8. Training environments are not production

    Access is provided as is. There is no service level agreement, no support commitment and no uptime guarantee. Environments may be changed or reset without notice.

  9. Light keeps its intellectual property

    Nothing here gives you or your employer any rights in Light's software, brand or materials. If you share feedback or suggestions with us, we may use them freely.

  10. Certification comes after completion

    You may describe yourself as a Certified Founding Partner once Light has confirmed you finished the programme, and not before.

  11. When access ends

    Your access expires 90 days after your cohort finishes. Light may withdraw it earlier at any time.

  12. Governing law

    Danish law applies, and the courts of Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction. Proceedings are in English.
