Look for the Light app icon within your Slack sections. If it’s not immediately visible, start a new message and type "light" at the top to access the app.
Uploading a Reimbursement Request
File Upload:
You can upload a reimbursement request file (such as an invoice) directly from your desktop. There’s no need for additional text; just upload the file and let the system process it.
Processing and Matching:
Once uploaded, the system automatically processes the file. In instances where your setup includes card transactions, the app will attempt to match the receipt to a corresponding card payment. If no match is found, you can manually select the reimbursement option to move the file through the reimbursement workflow.
