Accessing the Card Section

Navigating to Cards:
Log in to the Light web app and click on **My Cards**. This action takes you directly to your card workspace.

First-Time Setup:
If this is your first time using a card, click **Create Expense Card** to initiate the process.

Card Creation

Enter Required Details:
Provide your phone number if it hasn’t been previously assigned to your account. Confirm the information by clicking Confirm.

Completion:
Once confirmed, your new card is ready for use.

Adding Your Card to a Mobile Wallet

Add to Wallet Feature:
After setup, click on your card and select **Add to Wallet**.

Mobile Integration:
Follow the instructions to add your card to either an iPhone or Android wallet. Typically, this involves scanning a QR code to add it to Apple Pay or the corresponding mobile wallet.

Viewing Card and Transaction Details

Card Overview:
When you access your card details, you'll see:

  • Your monthly spend limit and amounts spent so far.

  • The spend limit resets to zero each month.

  • Essential details such as the card information and the entity's text code.

This text code can be used on checkout pages when needed.

Transaction History:
Review all transactions on the dedicated transactions page.
Here, you have the option to add any missing receipts for individual transactions.

Managing Receipts for Transactions

Uploading Receipts:
You can attach receipts in multiple ways:

  • Direct Upload: Drag and drop the receipt into Slack or Teams.

  • Email Forwarding: Forward receipts to your company-specific receipts email (e.g., receipts.life.ink).

Receipt Processing:
Once uploaded or forwarded, the system processes the receipt and attaches it to the matching transaction. This ensures accurate record keeping.
